Scheduling Requirements
- Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance
- Available within 30 days of the missed class
- Subject to class availability
- Must be the same or similar skill level
How to Schedule

- Advance Notice: At least 24 hours notice
- Availability: Subject to space availability
Important Notes
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed
- No refunds for missed classes
- Cannot be transferred to other students
- Holiday closures don't count as missed
