We work hard to make sure our competitive gymnasts feel like this is their "home away from home". They work hard, play hard and enjoy their time here. We strives to give the gymnasts a healthy place to build relationships, gain confidence, increase courage and become more compassionate. We hope the values they learn at their here will help them live their fullest potential well beyond their days as a gymnast.
As part of the competitive program gymnasts will also learn sportsmanship, determination, teamwork, and most importantly improve their self-confidence for gymnastics and life. Our mission for our competitive gymnasts is to promote success in gymnastics, as well as in life. Our competitive gymnastics program consists of training teams for beginners to competitive gymnastics and teams for Level 2 and up.
Developmental Team
The Developmental Team is a program that trains to learn the skills that are necessary for joining the competitive gymnastics team. The program's goal is to help young gymnasts learn the body positions, form and strength required for competitive gymnastics. The building blocks of the Developmental Team is the best method to help gymnasts develop a foundation for future success in competitive gymnastics. Although the goal is upward movement within the program, not all developmental team gymnasts want to or develop the ability to join the competitive gymnastics team, which is perfectly fine. Our ultimate goal for you and your child is that gymnastics is a positive experience which helps them build confidence. The Developmental Team is a great way to find out if competitive gymnastics is right for your family. Xcel Team
XCEL is an alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program offering individual flexibility to gymnasts. The goal of XCEL is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.
Starrow Booster Club
Starrow Booster Club is an amazing parent-run organization that supports the competitive gymnastics teams. This group of parents is committed and dedicated to helping and encouraging gymnasts to achieve their dreams. Their hard work allows gymnasts to compete, travel and experience the sport of gymnastics. We are so grateful to have such wonderful, positive and supportive parents helping athletes reach their potential.
